私は大バッハの音楽に東洋性を深く感じるので、大バッハの祖先が、ハンガリー出身であることを発見したとき、吾見いだせリ！と感動したが、今度も感動、大感動である。
　ビートルズがケルト系であることは既に述べた。ジョン・レノンとポール・マッカートニーが、ケルト系なのである。
　私はジョージ・ハリスンの音楽が、ポップスの最高のものと考えているのである。そう、バッハやモンテヴェルディやジョス・カン・デ・プレと並ぶような至高の美しさをもった音楽であると考えているのである。世評では、All Things Must Passが最高に評価されているが、私にとっては、Living in the Material Worldしかありえないのである。
　とまれ、彼の声の深い魂の、精神的な響きを聴くと、ケルト的なものと関係があるのではと思っていたのであるが、これまで、家系がよくわからなかったのであるが、英語のWikipediaでアイルランド（ケルト文化圏）と深く関係していることがわかったのである。久しぶりに驚きで満たされたのである。
　彼が、インド音楽やヒンドゥー教に魅かれて、取り入れたのは、このケルト文化が背景だと思うのである。私はこれまで、ケルト文化と日本文化は共通すると述べている。そして、クラシック音楽でも現代、ケルト爆発状態である。
　思うに、ポピュラー音楽は、これまで、音楽家の文化的背景にあまりにもうかつであったのではないだろうか。たとえば、何故、ロック・ミュージックは、イギリスで完成したのか、とか、考えたことがあるだろうか。
　どうして、ビートルズが、クロス・オーヴァーを行なったのか、その理由を突き詰めたことがあるだろうか。私は、これは、ケルト文化から来ていると考えるものである。ケルト文化は、ケルト文様が三つ巴が流動する形象をもっていて、神道と通じるのである。太古の叡知の文化なのである。非常に尊い文化なのである。
　そして、今回、ジョージ・ハリスンのケルト文化の背景が確認できたので、ケルト、日本、インドとのつながりが、明瞭になったといえよう。優れたインド文化、インド精神文化が関係するのである。
　今は、経済で、インドは勃興している。新アジア文明の黎明を迎えているのである。

George Harrison, MBE (25 February 1943 – 29 November 2001 )[1] was an influential English rock guitarist , singer , songwriter , author and sitarist best known as the lead guitarist of The Beatles . Following the band's demise, Harrison had a successful career as a solo artist and later as part of the Traveling Wilburys super group where he was known as both Nelson Wilbury and Spike Wilbury. He was also a film producer , with his production company Handmade Films , involving people as diverse as Madonna and the members of Monty Python . From an initial exposure whilst a member of the Beatles, he maintained a high public profile regarding his religious and spiritual life.

Harrison was born in Liverpool , England , on 25 February 1943 [4] [5] to Louise and Harold Harrison, parents of a Roman Catholic family with deep roots in Ireland .[4] His maternal grandparents hailed from Ireland's County Wexford .
